The chef

Jordi Vallespí is passionate about food and has extensive experience in some of the best kitchens in Catalonia and Paris. His seasonal menus use only the best local produce.

The Masia

Mas Pou is a beautiful old family farmhouse belonging to the Pericay family. It dates back to the 14th century, and is home to this new family-run, culinary project. Alain also leads the front of house team to deliver a top class yet relaxed.
