La Pahissa del Mas Pou is part of Mas Pou, Rosa Maria Pericay’s family home from 7 generations, which dates back to 1352. Her grandparents lived where the restaurant now stands, and their legacy lives on in this exciting culinary journey that Rosa Maria and her husband Jordi Vallespí along with the help of his parents Josep Pericay and Rosa Maria Fàbregas, have taken on together. The restaurant has been lovingly renovated to reflect the passing of time.
